Ford India’s One-millionth Customer Takes Home The Ford Freestyle The one-millionth Ford India customer–Nikhil Kakkar from New Delhi–took the delivery of Ford Freestyle


FORD INDIA celebrated a milestone by delivering its car to their millionth customer, Nikhil Kakkar. Kakkar was handed the keys to his Ford Freestyle by Ford India’s president and managing director Anurag Mehrotra at their Dwarka outlet in New Delhi.

Programs like the Service Price Promise allows customers to calculate periodic maintenance costs before booking the service at the dealership while their website also includes the prices for spare parts, ensuring transparency.

To strengthen customer convenience, Ford has appointed retail distributors to sell Ford Genuine parts across the country.

The company recently introduced the new Freestyle in the country that started a new CUV (Compact Utility Vehicle) segment in the auto industry.
